High strength, heat-treated, A356 aluminum silicon alloy is used for the aluminum castings. Production of the most aluminum castings uses permanent molding process by heavy steel molds. Surfaces of the molds used are highly finished and the casting produced are distinguished by their fine, satin-smooth surface texture. Our in-house job shop allows us the added capability of handling manufacturing from the tooling design straight through to finished piece and ongoing production. Value added services include anodizing, heat treating, hot dip galvanizing, plating, polishing, black oxide and assembly.
